ADuMón Won Mile Challenge

Contestants in this group will keep track of their time to complete a mile for the entire month. The contestant with the lowest average pace at the end of march will receive 3 free group training sessions. The challenge will start Wednesday, March 1st and end on March 31st.


  1. Keep track of daily mile run times

  2. One mile should be completed once a day Monday through Saturday

  3. The Mile can be completed by walking or running outside or inside

  4. Create a post and add in your time for each session.

  5. Have fun!
