ADuMón Won Mile Challenge

Contestants in this group will keep track of their time to complete a mile for the entire month. The contestant with the lowest average pace at the end of march will receive 3 free group training sessions. The challenge will start Wednesday, March 1st and end on March 31st.


  1. Keep track of daily mile run times

  2. One mile should be completed once a day Monday through Saturday

  3. The Mile can be completed by walking or running outside or inside

  4. Create a post and add in your time for each session.

  5. Have fun!


Adapt to change, and evolve from the past!

That's right, the finish line is near and I couldn't be more proud of everyone that signed up.

6:28 on won mile today! Had to come back and end the week the right way!


Also this is the graphic I came up with for the won mile challenge this year. I may take the March off.


I fasted until 6pm today, my mile wasn't so good today. Finished up at 16:48, after walking half of the mile I finished strong running it in!
