Contestants in this group will keep track of their time to complete a mile for the entire month. The contestant with the lowest average pace at the end of march will receive 3 free group training sessions. The challenge will start Wednesday, March 1st and end on March 31st.
Keep track of daily mile run times
One mile should be completed once a day Monday through Saturday
The Mile can be completed by walking or running outside or inside
Create a post and add in your time for each session.
